Cross-off session

Usually offshore winds are a big NO! I will not recomend it to everyone. There will be some risk involved, and you better be prepared to ditch your`e gear if  in trouble. The wind also tend to get a bit gusty in off-shores, but if you ride a Rabbit though ….;)

So why go out in cross-offs ? It `s the perfect wind direction to ride Waves :)

Me and my Brother had an epic session last week, with Great Waves and Wind. Stoke!

April 2013 has been one of the best, with strong winds and big waves.
It ended last week with the best session of the year at Sele beach. One session I will remember for a long long time, just amazing FUN !!! What a feeling when the nature gives you perfect conditions, and you can just go out there and enjoy life to the full ! Super STOKED !!! Thank you for the incredible ride April 2013 :)

We scored big and strong yesterday. The “Refsnes break” was at it`s best yesterday, and gave us an epic session on the outer reef. Was really close on hitting the reef in some turns, but made it out :)
Amazing session for sure, stoked !

Strapless airs is sick fun and highly addictive !! Shoot this one both from beach, and with the GoPro line mount. Here`s 10 quick tips on how to do a Strapless Air with a surfboard:

1. Loose those straps !!
2. Get your`e wax on !!
3. All strapless airs are much easier done with a bigger surfboard.
4. Find a good balance on your`e board
4. Spot your`e wave
5. Build up speed !!!
6. Take off, and catch the wind under your`e board. This is key !!!!!
7. Spot landing
8. Bend knees for soft landing
9. Ride off with an amazing feeling !
10. Go home and have another cold beer !!! Skål !!

Finally the spring has arrived to the West coast of Norway ! It has been very Cold, and no Wind for the last 4-6 weeks. So I`m very stoked about finally getting some wave action again :)
