Strapless fun in the shore break along Jæren beaches, on the west coast of Norway. Shoot with the GoPro during fall of 2011, and winter 2012. Strapless airs can be really fun when the waves a crappy. I had a great time doing these sessions

Next stop is Fuerteventura for a 4 week stay, so hope to score good surf and wind there. Hopefully there will be some pics and video out soon.

We usually don`t get big swell this time of year, so I was a bit surprised when I came down to Refsnes beach this day. The outer Reef was on fire, and the shore break was also quite good!

I was totally stoked, and rigged my kite faster than ever before The day was unbelievable, it will take a long time to get this session out of my head!!!

This is what it`s all about!!

Happy Easter from Hardangervidden, Norway

Headed for the mountains this Easter, and scored two great days with amazing conditions.

My family has a cabin just below one of the best places in the world for snow kite, the famous “Hardangervidden”. I had an amazing Easter with my family, and great conditions on the plateau, just a perfect Easter!! For sure we will be back next year!

And Happy Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter, 3 year old today !! BIG LOVE !!

Cold and Strong wind in Norway

We have had the longest season I can remember here in Norway. But last week the winter came back to the west coast, with cold winds and snow. But me and my brother refuse to give in quite yet!

Yesterday the wind was strong with 25 ms, and the temperature below 0 Celsius. Perfect to get your adrenalin pumping

Last summer we took a trip to Rhodes island in Greece, to check out Sideshore`s kite camp setup.

On the south tip of the island there is a spot called Prassonisso, with awesome flat water conditions on one side, and waves on the other. It`s really something! The wind was on almost every day for the two weeks we stayed. A great place with friendly people and nice atmosphere.

Got a lot of action on tape, both with camera on the beach and with the Go Pro HD mounted on the board/lines. First up is the stuff we filmed from the beach. Check it out!

The Norwegian newspapers are advising people to stay indoors! That’s one advice me and my brother decided to ignore this week

Thanks to the storm “Berit” we are having amazing conditions on the west coast. BIG swell has been hitting us hard from the North Sea all week. And it just keeps getting better and better!

We have been shooting some pictures, both out in the action and from the beach. Check it out:

This weekend the storm “Berit” has been hitting the west coast of Norway hard. Out in the wild North Sea the waves have been above 20 meter, and Jæren beaches has been getting swell up to 6-7 meters. This we can like !
